The following items are not included in the BBB Growth Package price, but are essential for launching your website. They are billed separately by third-party providers, and we’ll handle the full setup and configuration for you.

Wix Hosting, Domain & Business Email

These are standard, ongoing costs associated with owning and operating a professional website:

  • Wix Premium Plan – Required to publish your site under a custom domain

  • Domain Name – Either registered through Wix or connected from an existing provider

  • Professional Email – Set up via Google Workspace (or your preferred platform) using your domain

What’s Not Included in the Package Price

The BBB Growth Package includes everything you need for a clear, professional online foundation — but some items fall outside the fixed price. These can be quoted and arranged if needed.

 

Advanced Website Features

These are not included in the standard build but can be scoped as custom add-ons:

  • Online stores or ecommerce functionality

  • Membership logins or restricted content areas

  • Client portals, learning platforms, or course delivery

  • Complex booking systems (multi-service, multi-staff, paid tiers)

  • CRM system integrations or advanced automation flows

Content & Creative Outside Scope

The package includes up to 5 core pages with standard design and copywriting. Outside that:

  • Extra pages beyond the agreed scope

  • Photography or video production (client-supplied or stock used)

  • Custom illustrations, animations, or brand graphics

  • Interactive elements beyond core functionality

  • Blog content (outside initial SEO setup)

Note: All images must be provided by the client. If none are supplied, we will use high-quality generic images relevant to your industry.

Third-Party Tools & External Platforms

These are not included but we can assist with setup and integration:

  • Paid Wix apps or premium features

  • SEO tools, keyword research platforms or reporting dashboards

  • Email marketing systems (e.g. MailerLite, ActiveCampaign)

  • Advanced analytics or event tracking (GA4 custom setup, Hotjar etc.)

Support Beyond the Launch Period

You receive 30 days of post-launch support to ensure everything works. After this period:

  • Ongoing updates, content edits or technical fixes are not included

  • Strategy, SEO or marketing help becomes part of a support plan or retainer

  • Any training or additional handover support is scoped separately

Other Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on track, we ask that you:

  • Provide business details, service descriptions and any written content requested

  • Supply logos, images and brand materials, or request them as part of a custom scope

  • Approve work and provide feedback in a timely manner to meet your timeline

  • Ensure payments are made on time as per agreed milestones or terms
